Design Preview Scope
The Custom Curated Design Preview is a visual concept intended for inspiration and exploratory purposes only. It represents a preliminary design direction curated by Lane based on the photos, information, and preferences you provide. It is not a final design plan, construction document, or guarantee of feasibility.

Use of Visualization Technology
Design previews may be created using advanced visualization and rendering tools to illustrate design ideas. These tools are used to support the creative process and do not replace professional design judgment.

Accuracy & Variations
The final preview may differ from real-world results due to variations in materials, lighting, spatial dimensions, availability, and implementation. All imagery and visuals are conceptual in nature.

Revisions
The Custom Curated Design Preview includes one initial concept. Revisions, additional design directions, or expanded services are not included unless otherwise stated and may require an additional fee.

Delivery Timeline
Design previews are typically delivered within 2–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on submission completeness, volume, or unforeseen circumstances.

Consultation & Additional Services
Booking a consultation or engaging in full design services is optional and not required. Any future services will be governed by a separate agreement.

Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of this service and the time involved in creating personalized design content, all purchases are non-refundable once work has begun.

Image Use & Permissions
By uploading images, you confirm that you own the rights to the images or have permission to use them. You grant permission for these images to be used solely for the purpose of creating your design preview.

Intellectual Property
All design concepts, visuals, and materials provided remain the intellectual property of Leo Interior Design unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
