Terms & Conditions
Concept Design Services
Concept Design services provide artistic visualizations and curated product suggestions intended for inspiration and exploration only. These renderings are not created using exact room measurements and therefore are not guaranteed to be to scale or proportion. As a result, spatial clearances, fit, and relationships to existing furnishings should be independently verified by the client prior to making any purchases or installations — including confirming that items can move through doorways, work within the room layout, and harmonize with other pieces. Any furniture or product recommendations, including links, are shared for convenience and represent suggestions rather than specifications. All purchasing decisions are made at the client’s discretion, and Lane Oliver / LEO Interiors is not responsible for product performance, availability, shipping, damages, or returns, which remain solely between the client and the manufacturer or retailer. Concept Design differs from Full-Service Design, which includes on-site measurements, detailed space planning, technical drawings, and specification guidance to ensure accurate scale and fit; clients seeking measurement-based assurances should engage Full-Service Design support.
Design Preview Scope
The Custom Curated Design Preview is a visual concept intended for inspiration and exploratory purposes only. It represents a preliminary design direction curated by Lane based on the photos, information, and preferences you provide. It is not a final design plan, construction document, or guarantee of feasibility.
Use of Visualization Technology
Design previews may be created using advanced visualization and rendering tools to illustrate design ideas. These tools are used to support the creative process and do not replace professional design judgment.
Accuracy & Variations
The final preview may differ from real-world results due to variations in materials, lighting, spatial dimensions, availability, and implementation. All imagery and visuals are conceptual in nature.
Revisions
The Custom Curated Design Preview includes one initial concept. Revisions, additional design directions, or expanded services are not included unless otherwise stated and may require an additional fee.
Delivery Timeline
Design previews are typically delivered within 2–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on submission completeness, volume, or unforeseen circumstances.
Consultation & Additional Services
Booking a consultation or engaging in full design services is optional and not required. Any future services will be governed by a separate agreement.
Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of this service and the time involved in creating personalized design content, all purchases are non-refundable once work has begun.
Image Use & Permissions
By uploading images, you confirm that you own the rights to the images or have permission to use them. By uploading images you grant LEO Interiors permission for these images to be used for the purpose of creating your design preview as well as for website and social media use.
Intellectual Property
All design concepts, visuals, and materials provided remain the intellectual property of Leo Interior Design unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
